The re-certification is based on an ISO 9001 process management model. The EuRA Qality Seal specifies the processes and KPI's that reflect the very highest standards in relocation services.
In November, 2009 we received our first EuRA Quality Seal certificate. On the 30rd of November, 2011 we were re-audited, by an independent quality auditor, and we are proud to announce thet we have received the EuRA Quality Seal for the second time!
From the start of t & a relocation we have been a member of the European Relocation Association (over 10 years now). In 2007 the EuRA Quality Seal process was introduced; the world's first accreditation program for relocation service providers.
We truly hope that our commitment to quality is apparent in everything we do!
